Bot Connection Issues
Problem: My bot won't connect or keeps disconnecting.
Solutions:
- Verify your .ROBLOSECURITY cookie is valid and not expired
- Ensure your bot account has the necessary permissions in your group
- Check that your bot account isn't banned or restricted
- Try disconnecting and reconnecting the bot
- Make sure you're using the correct cookie format

Application Center Not Working
Problem: Applications aren't being submitted or received.
Solutions:
- Verify your application center is published and active
- Check that the center URL is correct and accessible
- Ensure all required fields are properly configured
- Check your browser console for any JavaScript errors
- Verify your group connection is still active
Rank Purchases Not Processing
Problem: Users buy GamePasses but don't get ranked.
Solutions:
- Verify your bot is connected and has proper permissions
- Check that GamePass IDs are correctly linked to ranks
- Ensure the bot has permission to change ranks
- Check the purchase logs in your dashboard
- Verify the user isn't already at or above the target rank
Activity Tracking Not Recording
Problem: Activity isn't being tracked for my members.
Solutions:
- Verify your bot is connected and active
- Check that activity tracking is enabled for your group
- Ensure your game is properly configured for tracking
- Verify members are actually joining your game
- Check the activity logs in your dashboard
