We offer premium subscriptions for users who want advanced customization options, priority support, and additional features. Our free tier is designed to be fully functional for most groups.
What do I need to use RoUtilities?
To use RoUtilities, you need to be the owner of a Roblox group or have appropriate permissions. You'll also need a Roblox account and access to your group's settings. For some features like rank management, you may need to connect a Roblox bot account. We provide detailed setup guides for all features in our documentation.

Application Centers

How do Application Centers work?
Application Centers allow you to create custom application forms for your Roblox group. Users can fill out applications directly through your center, and you can review, accept, or deny them all in one place. Our system automatically tracks application status, sends notifications, and can even integrate with your Discord server. You can customize questions, set up multiple centers for different positions, and automate the application process.
Can I customize my application forms?
Absolutely! Our Application Centers offer extensive customization options. You can create custom questions, set up different question types (multiple choice, short answer, long answer), customize the design and branding, set application requirements, and configure automated responses. Premium users get access to even more customization options including custom themes and advanced question types.
How do I review applications?
Reviewing applications is simple! Once a user submits an application, it appears in your dashboard. You can view all application details, see the user's Roblox profile, and make decisions directly from the interface. You can accept, deny, or request more information. Our system also supports bulk actions if you need to process multiple applications at once.

Rank Management & Ranking Centers

What are Ranking Centers?
Ranking Centers are automated systems that allow users to purchase ranks in your Roblox group through GamePass purchases. When a user buys a GamePass, our system automatically detects the purchase and promotes them to the corresponding rank. This is perfect for monetizing your group while providing a seamless experience for users. You can set up multiple ranks with different prices and customize the entire process.
How do I set up a Ranking Center?
Setting up a Ranking Center involves a few steps: First, create GamePasses in Roblox for each rank you want to sell. Then, in your RoUtilities dashboard, create a new Ranking Center and link it to your group. Connect your Roblox bot account, configure which GamePasses correspond to which ranks, set your prices, and you're ready to go! Our system handles the rest automatically, including purchase detection and rank assignment.
What are Ranking Sticks?
Ranking Sticks are a powerful new feature that allows you to create automated ranking systems based on user performance. You can configure Pass Sticks (for successful users), Fail Sticks (for users who don't meet requirements), and Fire Sticks (for special promotions). This feature is currently in beta and available for testing. It's perfect for creating ranking tests, trials, or performance-based promotion systems.

Activity Tracking

How does Activity Tracking work?
Activity Tracking monitors member activity in your Roblox group and game. Our system tracks when members join your game, how long they stay, and their overall engagement. You can set up automatic promotions based on activity levels, demote inactive members, and generate detailed reports. This helps you maintain an active community and reward engaged members.
Can I set up automatic promotions based on activity?
Yes! Our Activity Tracking system supports automatic promotions. You can configure rules such as "promote to X rank after Y hours of activity" or "demote if inactive for Z days." The system continuously monitors activity and applies your rules automatically. You can also set up notifications to be alerted when promotions occur.

Technical Support

How do I connect a Roblox bot?
To connect a Roblox bot, you'll need a separate Roblox account that you'll use as your bot. In your RoUtilities dashboard, navigate to the bot configuration section for the feature you're setting up (Rank Management, Activity Tracking, etc.). Enter your bot's .ROBLOSECURITY cookie, and our system will verify and connect it. The bot must have appropriate permissions in your group to function properly.
What if my bot gets disconnected?
If your bot gets disconnected, you'll see a notification in your dashboard. Simply reconnect it using the same process. Common reasons for disconnection include cookie expiration, account security changes, or permission issues. We recommend checking your bot account regularly and keeping cookies updated. Our system will alert you if there are any issues.
How do I get help if I'm having issues?
We offer multiple support channels! You can join our Discord server for community support and quick questions, open a support ticket through your dashboard for detailed assistance, or check our documentation for guides and tutorials. Premium users get priority support with faster response times. Our support team is available 24/7 to help you.

Billing & Premium

What's included in Premium?
Premium includes unlimited GamePasses for Ranking Centers, advanced customization options, priority customer support, premium integrations, custom themes, advanced analytics, and access to beta features. Premium is perfect for larger groups or businesses that need more control and features. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard.
How does billing work?
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can manage your subscription, update payment methods, and view billing history from your account dashboard.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're not satisfied with Premium, contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase, and we'll work with you to resolve any issues or process a refund if appropriate. We're committed to ensuring you're happy with our service.
